Lewis King is pleased to announce that Robert F. Chapski, a shareholder in the firm’s Nashville office, has been made a sustaining Member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, Inc. (PLAC).
Chapski has significant experience in the area of automotive product liability litigation in addition to other product liability fields. He has participated in numerous jury trials, defending major automotive manufacturers involving complex liability issues and catastrophic injuries in state and federal courts throughout the nation in a variety of jurisdictions. Chapski has also briefed and argued at the appellate court level, successfully representing corporate as well as individual clients. He continues to handle numerous matters in various state and federal courts throughout Tennessee and the rest of the country.
PLAC is an elite organization dedicated to helping corporate clients defend product liability litigation. Admission is honorary, strictly limited and requires recommendations from corporate members.
