On February 11 shareholder Paul Whitt spoke at the CSI Knoxville Chapter meeting. Paul discussed risk allocation and insurance requirements in construction law. Paul practices in the areas of construction law and litigation, including professional liability defense of design professionals, such as engineers, architects and surveyors, and representation of contractors, subcontractors and owners in construction defect related disputes. He also regularly handles matters related to the defense of accountants and accounting firms in professional liability matters.
