Meagan Davis Collver, shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Knoxville office, has been accepted into the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law (TBALL) Class of 2025. Leadership Law is designed to equip Tennessee lawyers with the vision, knowledge, and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities. The class will meet for its first session in January and spend the next six months learning about leadership in the legal profession, issues in the courts, policymaking in state government and the importance of community service.
Collver focuses her practice on healthcare liability defense matters, including physicians and group medical practices. She is often involved in complex litigation matters representing board-certified practitioners, civil rights and healthcare defense, nursing home and long-term care defense, and products liability defense.
Among Culver’s many accomplishments she has been named in The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™ for Civil Rights Law, Health Care Law, and Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants. She is former president of the Knoxville Bar Association Barristers and received the President’s Award in 2019. She is a member the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Knoxville Bar Association.
