Glenn Walter was recently invited to participate in a mock trial as part of the Masters In Trial CLE program for the American Board of Trial Advocates. The Masters in Trial series allows attendees to see leading attorneys present a full trial in one day, complete with jury participation and deliberations. These demonstrations teach by example and provide a roadmap to success. Glenn is a shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Knoxville office and has a varied litigation-based practice. He regularly handles matters related to the defense of accountants, accounting firms, and lawyers in professional liability matters. He also has extensive experience as lead counsel in the areas of insurance defense, product liability, insurance coverage, personal injury, healthcare liability, transportation, agri-business liability defense, workers’ compensation, and general tort litigation. Many of his cases entail complex discovery and pretrial preparation including, mediation, arbitration and litigation in state and federal courts.
