David Garst Presents

On September 30, David Garst presented a seminar for the Tennessee Engineers’ Conference on the Risks of Design-Build Construction from the perspective of a consulting professional engineer.  The seminar was moderated by Dale Crow of Risk Strategies.  This presentation was part of an annual series of risk management seminars presented to the Tennessee Engineers’ Conference by Lewis Thomason and Risk Strategies.  David is a shareholder in the Lewis Thomason Nashville office, where he serves a pivotal role as the chair of the Construction Law Practice Group and on the firm’s Board of Directors.  His legal practice is focused on general construction law, with emphases on architects’ and engineers’ professional liability, construction defect litigation, design and construction contract negotiation, and professional discipline.
