Chuck Cagle and Katherine Kimmel led three combined sessions of the Superintendent Leadership Institute and the Administrator Leadership Institute for the Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents. There were over 300 participants at each session. The sessions covered new legislation, school board purchasing and bidding, a “school law primer” on laws that affect the daily operation of schools, and pending COVID legislation.
