Chuck Cagle recently presented multiple educational presentations to the Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents: (1) Legal Considerations for Developing Effective Policy Manuals; (2) Discipline for Students and for Disabled Students; and (3) Teacher Employment and Licensure Issues. Chuck is a shareholder and chair of the firm’s Education Law and Government Relations Practice Group. He is a frequent speaker on education-related matters.
