Congratulations to Glenn Walter who successfully tried a case this week in Roane County Chancery Court. The Plaintiff claimed damages to the home he rented to our client. However, after hearing all the evidence, the Judge ruled in our client’s favor and entered judgment against the plaintiff.

Congratulations to Chris McCarty, Janet Hayes, and Sallie Neese on their win in a contested hearing before an impartial hearing officer. The hearing officer upheld the dismissal of a tenured teacher in an East Tennessee school system. The hearing officer found that the Director of Schools met his burden of establishing grounds for terminating the teacher for insubordination and unprofessional conduct.
