While some college students are soaking up the sun on spring break this week, many others are executing well-orchestrated campaigns to find summer jobs.
Given the competitive market, some students are begging for any opportunity to gain work experience — even if it means working for free.
One study estimated that 63 percent of college students will do an internship before graduation, marking a threefold increase over the last twenty years.
