Benjamin W. Jones, a shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Knoxville office, has been appointed chair of ALFA International’s Hospitality and Retail Practice Group. The ALFA International Hospitality & Retail Practice Group focuses on helping its national and global clients navigate a myriad of litigation issues such as premises liability, safety and security failures, labor and employment issues, food and beverage liability, and business litigation matters. Mr. Jones is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
Ben Jones’ practice primarily concentrates on personal injury, insurance, and casualty defense in civil litigation with a primary emphasis in the areas of hospitality litigation, amusement litigation, commercial vehicle/automobile litigation, professional liability, and general tort defense. Jones has defended wrongful death and other catastrophic injury cases and has extensive trial experience in courts throughout East Tennessee.
